After that the work runs from Islamabad over WhatsApp and a shared Drive folder, and we come back up when the next batch of photos or video is due, including a snow shoot when the first fall arrives.

WhatsApp usMost Murree hotels do not. The free WhatsApp Business app handles catalogues, labels, quick replies and broadcasts for a single front desk. The API makes sense for large hotels with several staff answering at once or automated booking confirmations.
We set it up and train your staff, but we do not answer booking chats ourselves. Only someone at the hotel knows which rooms are free tonight, and a wrong confirmation in peak season does far more harm than a slow reply.
