A post opening we would write
A logistics client asked us to cut their app's cold start in half. We could not touch the backend. Here is what a team in I-8 changed on the client side instead, and what it cost us in testing time.
LinkedIn personal branding
We interview the founder or CTO for half an hour a week and turn it into posts published from their own LinkedIn profile: why the team chose a stack, how a migration was handled without naming the client, what a junior learned in the first month. Five posts a week, each approved by you before it goes out.
On the Growth package, PKR 35,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
A CTO in Dubai or a product manager in Austin checks the founder's LinkedIn before agreeing to a discovery call with an unknown Pakistani vendor, and an empty profile or a feed of reshared memes ends the conversation there. The same profile is read by the developers you are trying to hire away from Lahore houses and remote contracts. Company pages get little reach; a founder writing specifically about engineering trade-offs gets read by both audiences. NDAs mean you cannot show the work, but you can show how you think about it.

Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.

Weekly rhythm
Monday: an engineering decision · Tuesday: a hiring note or intern story · Wednesday: an NDA-safe client problem · Thursday: a lesson on estimates or delivery · Friday: something about working in Islamabad tech
It can, mostly by shortening the trust gap rather than generating cold leads. Overseas buyers who find you through Upwork, a referral or a search usually check the founder's LinkedIn before a call. A profile from Islamabad that shows clear technical thinking makes that call happen and starts it warmer.
Post decisions and lessons, not announcements: why you chose one architecture over another, how you handled a missed deadline, what you look for in a junior developer from NUST or COMSATS. Specific, honest posts get read by buyers and engineers alike; generic 'proud to announce' posts get scrolled past.

Price
The Growth package covers ghost-written posts for one personal profile, the monthly strategy call and comment replies; a second person's profile, such as a co-founder's, is quoted separately.

A YouTube channel or business page that is posting but not growing.
These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usYes. We write about the problem type, the constraints and the decisions, without names, screenshots or identifying detail. You approve every post, and anything borderline is checked against the client agreement before it goes out.
Mainly the founder's or CTO's own profile, because personal posts reach far more people. The company page can reshare the best of them, along with job openings and office news.
