Why does my landing page get clicks but no leads?

Start with the boring checks, because they are the most common cause. Open the page on an ordinary Android phone over mobile data, not office wifi. Does it load within a few seconds? Does the WhatsApp button open the right number with the message prefilled, on both Android and iPhone? Does the form submit, and does the submission actually reach someone's inbox? Pages in Islamabad and Rawalpindi lose leads every day to a typo in a WhatsApp link or a form that silently fails.

Then check message match. Read the ad, then look at the first screen of the page. If the ad mentions a discount, a free consultation or a specific location such as Gulberg Greens, the page should repeat it immediately. If the visitor has to scroll to find what they clicked for, many will leave. Also ask whether the page answers the obvious doubts, such as price conditions, location and who you are, or whether it asks for contact details before giving any reason to trust you.

Finally, look at who is clicking. Analytics and the ad platform's breakdowns show city, age, device and placement. Clicks from outside your service area, from accidental taps in mobile games through audience network placements, or from very broad interests can inflate traffic with people who were never going to enquire. Fixing the targeting can matter more than redesigning the page.
