How to start a personal brand as a doctor in Pakistan
Teach, do not advertise. Answer the questions your patients ask in the consultation room, in Urdu, in 60 seconds each — that is a year of content and it stays within professional advertising rules. Two Reels a week is enough; the goal is being the doctor people already trust before they book.

The longer answer
Start from your own clinic notes. The questions you answer ten times a day are exactly what people type into YouTube and Instagram at 11 pm: is this rash contagious, does a C-section scar need special care, why does my child get fever every month, is this back pain serious. Each one is a short video. You are not marketing when you explain a condition; you are doing in public what you already do privately, and that is what builds the reputation.
Stay inside the professional lines, because they are stricter for doctors than for anyone else. No before-and-after images that promise a result, no testimonials about a treatment outcome, no diagnosing individuals in comments, no naming or comparing yourself to other practitioners, and never any patient's face, file or scan without written consent. Say your qualifications plainly — degree, registration, where you practise — and let that be the credential. If a comment asks for a diagnosis, the correct reply is a warm one that invites them to book, not a guess.
Use the seasons, because health content in Pakistan is seasonal and predictable. Dengue from August to October. Smog and asthma in winter. Heatstroke and dehydration in June. Ramadan brings a month of genuinely useful questions about fasting with diabetes, blood pressure medication timing and hydration at sehri. Plan those blocks in advance and you will never be scrambling for a topic.
On format: sit in the clinic in your coat, phone at eye level, one question per video, answer in the first line, plain Urdu with English medical terms left as they are. Two a week, filmed in one 40-minute sitting a month, is a realistic load for someone doing OPD all day. Our Growth package is built for exactly this — you film in one sitting, we cut twelve shorts and four long videos from it, write the SEO and handle the comments.
