How to reply to comments

The first hour after publishing is the only time replying is also a growth action. Every reply is a comment, every comment is activity, and the post is being shown to a small test audience during exactly that window. Practically this means do not publish and then go into a meeting — publish when you can sit with your phone for twenty minutes.

Write replies that add something. "Thank you" ends a conversation; "Thank you — the same design is available in walnut too, I will post it Thursday" starts one and gives the next person a reason to read the thread. Match the language exactly: if someone writes in Roman Urdu, reply in Roman Urdu. If they write in Urdu script, reply in Urdu script. Nothing feels more like a call centre than an Urdu question answered with an English template.

Pin one comment on every post — either the best question with your answer, or the piece of information the caption did not have room for. On a video about prices, pin the price. On a shop tour, pin the location and the parking situation. This single habit removes half the repeat questions and gives late viewers the context they need without scrolling.

Move buying conversations off the comments. "Price kya hai?" in public deserves a real reply — a range, not "DM please", which reads as evasive — followed by an invitation to WhatsApp for details. Keep a saved reply for your address, timings and delivery areas so nobody types it fresh at 11 pm.
