How do I find Roman Urdu keywords for my online store?
Start with how customers already talk to you: WhatsApp and Instagram messages, call notes and reviews. Then check Google's autocomplete, the 'People also search' boxes, Daraz search suggestions and your Search Console queries. Most keyword tools under-report Roman Urdu, so real customer language in Pakistan is the most reliable source.
Online store ke liye Roman Urdu keywords kaise dhoondein?
The longer answer
Roman Urdu searches are common in Pakistan but poorly covered by keyword tools, which mostly measure English and often show little or no volume for phrases like 'bachon ke kapray' or 'jahez furniture set'. That does not mean nobody searches them. It means you have to collect the language yourself. The richest source is already on your phone: read through a few months of WhatsApp chats, Instagram DMs and comments, and note the words customers use for your products, sizes and problems.
Next, check what Google suggests. Type the start of a phrase in Roman Urdu into Google on a phone and note the autocomplete options, trying different spellings, because 'kapre', 'kapray' and 'kapde' all appear in practice. Look at the related searches at the bottom of results. Do the same in Daraz's search bar, which reflects how Pakistani shoppers phrase product searches. If your store is live, Search Console's queries report shows the exact words people used to find you, including Roman Urdu ones you never targeted.
Then use the words naturally. Map each important phrase to one page — usually a category — and work it into the title, introduction or a heading where it reads normally, alongside the English term. Use the most common spelling in the main text and leave the rest; stuffing every variant at the bottom of a page looks spammy and helps no one. Answer the questions customers ask in Roman Urdu in a short FAQ on the relevant category. Revisit the list every few months, especially before Eid, wedding season and winter, when the words people search with shift along with what they buy.
