What is Landing page?
A landing page is the single page someone arrives on after clicking your ad, built to get one specific action and nothing else. It is not your homepage. A homepage is a lobby with eight doors; a landing page is a corridor with one. Four things decide whether it works: message match, so the headline repeats the promise the ad made; speed, because a page that takes eight seconds has already lost half its visitors; one clear action, repeated down the page; and proof — photos, prices, reviews, an address — that convinces a stranger you are a real business.
