We design thumbnails your audience can read on a cheap Android at full brightness: one character or one face, one in-game element like a rank badge or a weapon, and two or three words at most. Each design is tested at phone size before it reaches you, and matched to the title.
On the Starter package, PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
Gaming thumbnails all look the same — red arrows, shocked faces, neon text — so the feed has gone blind to them. A channel that looks different at matchbox size gets the tap. Gaming viewers also judge skill from the thumbnail: a rank badge, a kill count from your own match or a recognisable map spot says more than a screaming face. And since many Islamabad gamers prefer not to show their face, the design has to work with an avatar or a character instead.

Thumbnail brief for a settings video
Left half: the phone model, photographed in your hand. Right half: the sensitivity screen with one value circled. Text: 'NO LAG' in white on black. No arrows, no fire effects. Title does the rest: best sensitivity for that exact handset.
Thumbnail brief for a ranked episode
Your current rank badge large on the left, a greyed-out target badge on the right, day number in the corner. Same layout every episode, only the badge and number change, so the series reads like a progress chart.
One clear subject, readable at phone size, that matches the title's promise. For twin-city gaming channels that is usually a rank badge, a phone model or a single dramatic in-game moment, plus three words. Anything you need to zoom in to understand will be scrolled past on a mid-range Android.
Yes. Plenty of Islamabad and Rawalpindi gamers keep their face off camera for family or privacy reasons. A consistent avatar, a mascot or a strong in-game image works if it repeats across videos. What matters is that viewers recognise the channel before they read the name.

Yes, where YouTube's thumbnail test feature is available on your channel we prepare two or three versions for a video and read the result afterwards. Otherwise we swap the thumbnail manually if a video stalls in its first days and compare.
