A post opening we would write
A client asked for 'just one small change' in week nine. It touched checkout, payments and three screens. Here is how we price changes now, and why that client ended up thanking us for it.
LinkedIn personal branding
We write four posts a week from the founder's own profile, aimed at the IT managers, operations directors and overseas founders who sign larger app budgets: how a scope was cut to launch on time, why an app was rejected and fixed, what maintenance really involves. Each starts from a weekly call and goes out only after you approve it.
On the Growth package, PKR 35,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
The larger contracts that keep an app agency healthy, an internal tool for a logistics firm or a customer app for a bank's partner, are signed by people who check the founder's LinkedIn before replying to an email. They look for evidence that the agency thinks about risk, scope and maintenance, not just pretty screens. Restaurant owners rarely read LinkedIn; corporate buyers in Blue Area and the Gulf do. A founder who writes candidly about delivery problems stands out against agencies posting only launch graphics.

Examples
Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.

Topics for a month
How we cut a scope to hit a launch date · Why apps get rejected from stores, and what we check first · What maintenance actually involves after launch · The milestone structure that ended our payment disputes
Yes, for the larger corporate and overseas projects. IT managers and directors in Islamabad, Karachi and the Gulf check founders' profiles before engaging an agency. Thoughtful posts about scope, risk and maintenance show the maturity these buyers look for, which screenshots alone cannot.
Write about the decisions behind delivery: how you scope, price changes, handle store rejections and plan maintenance. Share lessons from projects without breaking confidentiality. Buyers want to know how you behave when things go wrong, and honest posts about that build trust faster than portfolio images.

The Growth package covers ghost-written posts for one personal profile, the monthly strategy call and comment replies; a second person's profile, such as a co-founder's, is quoted separately.

A YouTube channel or business page that is posting but not growing.
These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usYes, but lightly: launches, hiring and reshares of the founder's best posts. Personal profiles reach far more people, so most of the effort goes there.
Less so. If your clients are small local businesses, Google search, your Business Profile and YouTube explainers matter more. LinkedIn pays off when you want larger corporate or overseas work.
