Facebook marketing

Facebook page management for private schools in the twin cities

We run your school's Facebook page so it shows ordinary school days, not only events: a Class 3 science activity, a teacher introduced by name, the afternoon van line. Four or five posts a week, same-day answers to fee and transport comments, and event albums uploaded before parents get home that evening.

On the Starter package, PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.

Why it fits

Why facebook marketing matters for private schools

Facebook is still where twin-city mothers ask each other which school to choose, inside sector groups and school-parent groups, and your page is where they land straight afterwards. What they judge is whether the place looks alive and cared for; a page whose last post was a February holiday answers that badly. The page also carries your existing parents, whose recommendations fill next year's seats, so posts that celebrate their children's ordinary work recruit quietly. Campus pages matter too: a B-17 parent wants to see B-17 teachers and B-17 classrooms.

The work

What we run for private schools

  • Four to five posts a week from a monthly plan covering classroom life, named teachers, admission answers and events.
  • Same-day replies to fee and transport comments in school-approved wording, with the detailed fee schedule sent privately.
  • Event albums uploaded on the day, with every photo checked against the consent list before it goes public.
  • A pinned admission post updated each season with dates, documents and the WhatsApp number admissions actually answers.
  • Campus-level posting rules so each campus page looks like the same school with its own teachers and children.

Where we would start

Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.

A post that is not an event

Class 2 at our G-13 campus spent this week planting seeds in paper cups. Miss Hira asked every child to guess which one would sprout first. Here is the shelf on day one; we will post day ten next Friday.

Comment reply to 'fee structure please'

Assalam o alaikum, thank you for asking. Fees depend on the class and campus, so we have sent the full schedule to your inbox. You can also message admissions on WhatsApp straight from the button on our page.

How often should a school post on Facebook?

Four or five times a week suits most Islamabad and Rawalpindi schools, rising to daily during the spring admission window. Consistency matters more than volume: a parent checking the page in June should see recent school-day posts, not a silence that began when the admission banner went up.

How should a school answer 'fee structure please' on Facebook?

Reply publicly within the day, warmly and briefly, then send the schedule privately or point to a WhatsApp number that answers. Many school boards prefer not to post exact fees in comments. Ignoring the comment is the worst choice, because other parents read the silence as a school that does not respond.

Pitfalls

Common mistakes with facebook marketing

  • Posting only on Independence Day, Kashmir Day and prize day, so the page looks abandoned for weeks in between.
  • Deleting critical comments about fees or transport, which parents then screenshot into sector groups instead.
  • Letting every campus principal post independently, in different fonts and tones, until the school no longer looks like one system.

Questions about facebook marketing for private schools

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.

WhatsApp us
Should we post in Islamabad parent groups?

Advertising inside groups usually breaks their rules and irritates members. What works is answering genuinely when someone asks about schools in your sector, from a named staff account, and letting satisfied parents speak for you. We help draft those answers and watch the groups that matter for your campuses.

Is Facebook still worth it for schools, or should we move to Instagram?

For parents of school-age children in the twin cities, Facebook remains the main room. Instagram reaches younger parents and old students and is worth adding once the Facebook page is steady, but we would not move a school off Facebook to get there.
