'Kal raat 9 baje Live: naye ajrak suits aur bridal choorian. Code aur rang comment karein, hum WhatsApp par confirm karenge.' Same text in Sindhi for local followers. (Illustrative.)
Facebook marketing
For Hyderabad cloth, ajrak and bangle shops we run Facebook around Live selling: a schedule of Lives from the shop in Sindhi and Urdu, posts announcing them, pinned rules for ordering, clips cut from each Live for later, and comment and message handling. Staff host the Live in the shop; we plan it, promote it and follow up remotely.
On the Starter package, PKR 15,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
Facebook Live suits Hyderabad's shops well: a seller holding up suits, ajrak and bangle sets one by one while viewers ask for codes and colours in the comments feels like shopping in Shahi Bazaar from home. Sindhi-speaking audiences around Hyderabad and the interior are active on Facebook, and many prefer it to Instagram. The weak point is usually organisation: Lives start without notice, orders get lost in comments, and nothing is reused afterwards. A planned schedule and clear ordering rules fix most of that.

Illustrative starting points, not results. The audit decides the real first move.

Pinned comment during a Live
'Order ke liye: product code + rang + size comment karein. Delivery poore Pakistan mein. Payment COD ya bank transfer. Confirm WhatsApp par.'
It works well for cloth, ajrak and bangle shops whose stock looks best when shown in hand. Hyderabad and Sindhi-speaking audiences are active on Facebook. Announced Lives, clear product codes and pinned ordering rules turn viewers into orders; unplanned Lives with no follow-up waste the effort.
Use whichever the host speaks most naturally, and mix in the other. Sindhi builds warmth with local and interior audiences; Urdu reaches buyers in Karachi and Punjab. Pinned rules and product codes in both languages help everyone order, whatever language the Hyderabad host is using.
Pitfalls
The city
Hyderabad is served remotely from Islamabad. We plan on a video call, then run the account through one WhatsApp group and a shared Drive folder. Your staff film bangle sets, bridal combinations and the shop on a phone, or a local videographer shoots a wedding-season set; we edit, design, post, list on Daraz and run the ads. Sindhi captions come from you or a translator you trust; we check placement and timing.
