Open with the client's problem in your own words and one specific idea for solving it, then briefly mention relevant experience and ask a question. Skip greetings and generic claims. Clients scanning dozens of proposals from Pakistan and elsewhere open the ones that show they read the job post.
It can be worth it if writing about yourself is hard or English is not your strongest language. A clear profile and better proposals often matter more than another certificate. Make sure the copy still sounds like you, because clients will notice the difference on your first call.
