An availability reply (areas and timing swapped for yours)
'Ji, ye medicine available hai. Prescription wali dawa ke liye nuskhe ki tasveer bhej dein. Delivery F-10, F-11 aur G-9 mein aadhe ghante ke andar ho jati hai.'
WhatsApp marketing
We would organise your pharmacy's WhatsApp for the conversation that actually drives sales: 'Ye dawa hai?' That means fast availability replies, labels for orders and deliveries, opt-in refill reminders for monthly medicines, delivery coverage by sector, and a daily stock or shortage update on a channel customers chose to follow.
On the Business bundle package, from PKR 25,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
A neighbourhood pharmacy competes with online chains on speed and familiarity, not discounts. Regular customers already message photos of prescriptions or empty strips, asking whether a medicine is available and whether a rider can bring it. Organising those chats prevents missed orders and repeated questions. Refill reminders also help older customers on blood pressure, sugar or heart medicines, provided they have agreed to receive them. During shortages, a clear message about alternatives approved by a doctor or pharmacist avoids confusion and keeps the pharmacy trusted.

A refill reminder
'Assalam o alaikum Khan sahib. Aap ki monthly BP ki dawa do din mein khatam ho sakti hai. Tayyar kar dein?' Sent only to customers who agreed to reminders.
Answer availability quickly, make delivery coverage clear and remind regular customers before monthly medicines run out, with their permission. Pharmacies in F-10, G-9 and Satellite Town can also post daily stock updates on a channel. Speed and reliability usually matter more than discounts for customers who order every month.
They can receive prescription photos and confirm availability, but dispensing should still follow the pharmacist's checks and the rules that apply to prescription medicines. Prescription-only medicines should never be supplied simply because someone asked on WhatsApp, even when a regular customer in Islamabad or Rawalpindi expects it.

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usUse a channel for general updates anyone can follow, such as new stock, timings and shortage notices. Use broadcast lists only for customers who opted in, such as refill reminders, because those messages are more personal.
WhatsApp marketing sits under the Business bundle. For many pharmacies we pair it with Google Business Profile, because customers often find the pharmacy on Maps and then continue the order on WhatsApp.
