Analytics and tracking
We set up tracking that answers the question every cloud kitchen owner guesses at: where do orders actually come from, and what does each one cost? That means WhatsApp click tracking, order source tags, GA4 on your ordering site, the Meta pixel, and a simple weekly sheet comparing app orders, direct orders, ad spend and commission.
On the Business bundle package, from PKR 25,000 per month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate.
Why it fits
A cloud kitchen's margin depends on the mix between app orders, which carry commission, and direct orders, which carry marketing cost. Most owners have no idea of the split beyond a feeling, so they keep paying for ads they cannot measure and keep handing the app orders they could have won directly. Tracking here is not about fancy dashboards; it is about tagging each order with its source and putting spend and commission side by side. Once the numbers are visible, decisions about which brand to push and which channel to cut become obvious.

A question the data would answer
'Is our burger brand worth advertising, or should we only push the biryani brand directly and leave burgers to the app?' Answered by cost per direct order and repeat rate per brand.
Tag every route in: separate WhatsApp links for each platform and insert, purchase tracking on your ordering site, and a dropdown in the order log for anything else. Cloud kitchens in I-10, G-11 and Bahria that do this can compare app commission with direct-order cost honestly each week.
Not on its own, because many orders happen on WhatsApp or inside delivery apps where GA4 cannot see. Combine GA4 on your site with WhatsApp link tags, an order log and app reports. For twin-city kitchens, one plain weekly sheet often beats a dashboard nobody opens.

Only what the app gives you in its merchant reports, usually orders and payouts. We bring that into the same sheet. Customer contact details generally stay with the app, which is exactly why direct ordering matters.
