An open-day ad
'Open day this Saturday at our G-13 campus: meet the teachers, see the classrooms, and ask about transport across G-13, G-14 and G-15. Register through the form.'
Lead Generation Ads
We run Facebook and Instagram admission campaigns for G-13's private schools: forms asking the child's class, current school and preferred campus, open-day and entry-test sign-ups, transport questions answered up front, and every lead sent to the admissions office on WhatsApp. Campaigns run in the admission window, and ad spend is paid to Meta separately.
On the Pro package, PKR 70,000+ per month. Ad spend is separate and paid straight to the platform.
Why it fits
G-13's schools compete for families across G-13, G-14, G-15 and the newer streets filling up nearby, many of them first-time homeowners choosing a school in the area for the first time. Parents decide during a short admission window and compare transport, fees and reputation. A lead form at the right moment captures the family's details and needs, and an open-day invitation brings them onto the campus, which is where most school decisions are really made.

A form
Questions: Child's class next session? Current school? Which campus do you prefer? Do you need school transport? Best time to call?
Through reputation, a clear website, an active Facebook page and well-timed admission ads working together. For a G-13 school, lead forms asking class and transport needs, open-day invitations and quick calls from the admissions office turn interest into campus visits, which is where most families make up their minds.
Shortly before and during the admission window, which for most schools falls ahead of the new session. Families moving into G-14 and G-15 also look mid-year, so a smaller campaign can run then. Outside those windows spend should drop, with effort going into the school's regular page instead.
Pitfalls
The area
G-13 was laid out for federal government employees and is now fully lived in — four sub-sectors of houses, a growing Markaz, and families who bought early and stayed. Clinics, schools, bakeries and property offices dominate. NUST and the motorway are both close, so student rentals are common here.

Price
Lead campaigns across up to three platforms are run within the Pro package; the ad budget is separate and paid to each platform, and CRM integrations beyond a shared sheet are quoted after the audit.

These are the questions we get on WhatsApp every week, answered the way we would answer them there.
WhatsApp usOnly with written parental consent for each child shown. We often use campus, classroom and teacher shots instead, which avoid consent problems and still show parents what they want to see.
The admissions office gets the lead on WhatsApp at once, with the child's class and needs. A call or message inviting the family to the open day or a campus visit should follow the same day.
