Social media management cost in Islamabad (PKR, 2026)
Social media management in Islamabad costs between PKR 15,000 and PKR 70,000 a month at Twin City Digital, plus PKR 5,000 for a one-time audit. Most twin-cities agencies open at PKR 35,000 because they are built to sell to companies. This guide breaks down what each rupee buys, what is excluded, and how to set your own budget.

How much does social media management cost in Islamabad?
Expect PKR 15,000 to PKR 70,000 per month for done-for-you management in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Our Starter package is PKR 15,000, Growth is PKR 35,000, Pro starts at PKR 70,000, and the Business bundle with a website begins at PKR 25,000. A standalone audit is PKR 5,000.
Those are published prices, not estimates dressed up as a range. The spread is wide because the phrase covers two very different jobs: posting eight Reels a month for a salon in Satellite Town, and running three platforms plus a paid-ads account for a brand selling nationwide. Price tracks output and platform count far more than it tracks anything else.
| Package | Price (PKR) | Billing | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Channel or page audit | 5,000 | One-time | Finding out what is broken before committing to a monthly fee |
| Starter | 15,000 | Per month | A creator or single shop that has stopped posting — one platform |
| Business bundle | from 25,000 | Per month | A local shop or clinic that needs a website and Google Business Profile too |
| Growth | 35,000 | Per month | A channel or page that posts regularly but does not grow |
| Pro | 70,000+ | Per month | Two or three platforms run properly, with ads managed |
Month to month, no setup fee. The audit fee is credited against your first month if you go on to a package.

What does the monthly fee actually buy?
Hours of other people's work, mostly. A month of Starter is eight short-form edits, eight thumbnails or graphics, daily posting on one platform, the search work on every title and caption, and a report at the end. Growth adds four long-form videos, comment and DM replies, and a strategy call.
The part people underestimate is the daily bit. Editing is visible work you can point at. Opening the account every working day, publishing on schedule, and answering the person who messaged at 11pm asking your rate — that is the unglamorous half that actually stops a page dying, and it is most of what the fee covers.
Editing
Cutting the footage, captions in English or Urdu, audio cleaned up, and vertical recuts for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
Thumbnails and graphics
Designed for the size they are really seen at — a small rectangle on a phone in Islamabad sunlight, not a laptop preview.
Publishing
Someone opens your account every working day and posts what the calendar says, including on the Friday you forgot about.
Search work
Titles, descriptions, bio and name field written around the words people in Pakistan actually type into YouTube and Instagram.

Why do most Islamabad agencies quote PKR 35,000 or more?
Because they are built for companies, not individuals. An agency carrying an office in Blue Area, a few salaried staff and someone whose whole job is sales needs a floor price to cover the salary bill, and in the twin cities that floor sits somewhere around PKR 35,000 to 60,000 a month. Below it, the account loses money.
That is arithmetic, not a scam. A full-time editor in Islamabad is a real salary, and one editor cannot cover twenty accounts properly. The problem is what happens when a creator with 4,000 subscribers walks in: they get quoted a company price for a company package, decide social media is not for people like them, and go back to editing their own videos at 2am.
Why we start at PKR 15,000
Because a narrow package on one platform genuinely costs less to deliver. Starter has no long-form video, no ads account, no fortnightly consultancy call and no second inbox to watch. It is eight short edits and daily posting, priced so a creator or a single-branch shop can begin without pretending to be a company.
The honest trade-off is this: Starter buys consistency, not a campaign. Eight shorts a month keeps a page alive and gives the algorithm something to test, and that alone beats what most twin-cities accounts are doing. It will not turn a dead channel into a business in ninety days. Growth costs PKR 35,000 because that volume of work really does take roughly three times as long.
What the price does not include
Ad spend, first and most importantly. Every package covers our work — editing, posting, search, replies, reporting — and nothing else. If you want to boost a Reel or run a lead campaign, that budget goes straight to Meta, TikTok or Google from your own card. We never mark it up and we never take a cut of it.
Also outside the fee: licensed music or paid stock if you insist on it, printed material, a proper shoot with a hired crew and location, and any hardware. Most clients need none of that. A phone, daylight from a window and a cheap clip-on mic covers the great majority of what we edit.
One more thing people assume is bundled in: a website. It is not part of Starter, Growth or Pro. The Business bundle from PKR 25,000 a month exists precisely because a shop in Saddar or a clinic in G-11 usually needs a site and a maintained Google Business Profile more than it needs another Reel.
What actually changes the price?
Volume and platform count, mainly. Going from eight short edits to twenty roughly doubles the editing hours. Adding a second platform means a second schedule, a second inbox and a second set of formats to cut for. Long-form is the other big lever — one twelve-minute video eats more editing time than four Reels do.
| Factor | Direction | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Posts per month | Up | Editing time is the largest single cost in every package. Double the output, roughly double the hours. |
| Long-form video added | Up sharply | A 10–15 minute YouTube edit outlasts four Reels, and it drags chapters, description and end screens along with it. |
| Second or third platform | Up | Separate schedules, aspect ratios, inboxes and reporting. It is not a copy-paste of the first platform. |
| Paid ads managed | Up | Daily checks on cost per result, audience building and creative testing. The ad budget itself stays separate. |
| You send footage on time | Down | No shoot day and no chasing you for clips. The cheapest client to serve is a punctual one. |
| Footage is already usable | Down | Decent light and clean audio cut editing time. A clip shot in a dark shop with a fan roaring does the opposite. |
| You handle your own DMs | Down | We drop reply handling from the scope and price only the production side. |
Load-shedding hours are worth mentioning when you book a shoot — a two-hour outage in the middle of an edit day is a real scheduling cost for everyone in this city.

Do it yourself, hire a freelancer, or hire an agency?
Do it yourself if you have four to six free hours a week and you enjoy editing. Hire a freelancer if you need one specific skill, usually cutting video, and you can manage a person. Hire an agency when the real problem is that nothing goes out unless you personally push it, week after week.
A good freelance editor at PKR 12,000 a month beats any agency for someone who already knows what to post and will genuinely post it. The gap a freelancer leaves is the boring half: scheduling, titles that match what people search, the inbox, and still turning up in week seven. Work out which half is actually failing before you spend PKR 35,000 fixing the other one.
| Compare | Do it yourself | Freelance editor | Agency (us) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost, PKR | Nothing, plus your time | 8,000–25,000 | 15,000–70,000+ |
| Your time each week | 4–6 hours | 2–3 hours managing them | About 15 minutes |
| Who remembers to post | You | You | Us |
| Titles and search | You learn it | Rarely included | In every package |
| Thumbnails | You | Sometimes, often charged extra | Included |
| Comments and DMs | You | No | Growth and above |
| Cover when someone is ill | Nothing goes out | Work stops | Someone else picks it up |
| Usually breaks down when | Work gets busy | They land a bigger client | You stop sending footage |
For a lot of people the middle column is the right answer, and we will say so on a call.

How do you pay a social media agency in Pakistan?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card — whichever you already use. We invoice at the start of the month and the work starts once it clears, which for a local bank transfer is usually the same day. No setup fee, no three months in advance, and no contract locking you in.
Get the scope and the price in writing before you send anything, and pay into an account whose name matches the business, not a personal Easypaisa number belonging to whoever answers the phone. If someone will not put the deliverables in a message you can screenshot, you already have your answer about how the next six months will go.
Two seasonal notes for the twin cities. Budgets tighten during Ramadan and then spike in the ten days before Eid, and wedding-season businesses — salons, photographers, halls, caterers — often want double the output from October through February. Tell us early and we will plan a heavier month rather than surprise you with a bigger invoice.
When the price looks too cheap
A PKR 5,000 offer for full management is not management. Nobody can edit eight videos, design eight thumbnails and open your account every day for that, at any honest Pakistani wage. What you are actually buying is a scheduling tool, recycled template graphics, or a few thousand bought followers that will quietly hurt your reach.
A follower guarantee
Real growth cannot be promised. Guaranteed numbers nearly always mean purchased accounts, and reach drops once the platform sees dead profiles liking your posts.
They want your password
Proper access is delegated — a Business Manager role, YouTube brand-account permissions, a page role. Anyone asking for your login is careless at best.
No numbers in the offer
'Unlimited posts' with no figure attached means whatever they feel like sending in a busy month. Ask how many edits, on which platforms, by which date.
Reports with no source
A designed PDF full of round numbers is not analytics. Ask for screenshots from your own Studio or Insights, including the weeks that went badly.
Ad budget paid to them
Your spend should reach Meta, TikTok or Google from your own card. Money routed through an agency wallet is money you cannot audit later.
A full year up front
A discount for twelve months in advance is a discount for surrendering your ability to walk away in month three.
How do you work out your own budget?
Start from what one new customer is worth, not from what feels affordable. A dental clinic in G-11 earning PKR 40,000 from a single implant patient needs about one extra patient a month to justify Growth. A tuition centre charging PKR 6,000 a month needs six, which is a much harder promise.
Then apply one rule: if the monthly price is more than a quarter of what you can comfortably lose for six months, take the audit instead. Content compounds slowly, so quitting in month two because the cash ran out wastes months one and two as well. That rule has cost us clients and we still give it.
| Your situation | Sensible spend, PKR | What we would put you on |
|---|---|---|
| Posting nothing, unsure whether content works for you at all | 5,000 one-time | The audit — act on the written plan yourself first |
| Creator on one platform, filming on a phone | 15,000 / month | Starter |
| Shop or clinic with no website and an empty Google listing | 25,000+ / month | Business bundle |
| Channel posting weekly and stuck for months | 35,000 / month | Growth |
| Two or three platforms plus ads | 70,000+ / month, plus ad budget | Pro |
If your entire marketing budget is under PKR 10,000 a month, spend it on the audit and your own hours, not on management.

Questions this article gets asked
Is PKR 15,000 a month enough to grow a YouTube channel?
It is enough to stay consistent, which is the precondition for growth, but it is not a fast lane. Starter covers eight short edits and daily posting on one platform, so it suits someone building a habit and an archive. Channels that need weekly long-form usually move up to Growth within a few months.
Do you charge more for clients in Rawalpindi?
No — the price list is identical in Saddar and in F-7. We treat the twin cities as one service area and almost all the work happens over WhatsApp and Drive anyway. We travel for shoots and first meetings, and that is not billed separately.
What is the cheapest real option if PKR 15,000 is out of reach?
The PKR 5,000 audit, then doing the work yourself for a couple of months. You get a written plan plus thumbnail and title rewrites for your last five posts, and the fee comes off your first month if you later start a package. Plenty of people never come back, and that is a fine outcome.
Can I pay for three months at once and get a discount?
You can pay ahead, but there is no discount for it and we do not push it. Monthly billing keeps the pressure on us to be worth renewing, and it means you can stop after any month without a conversation about refunds.
How much ad budget should I add on top of the package?
Start with an amount you could lose without it hurting, and only after organic posts have shown which message people respond to. Ad spend is paid straight to Meta, TikTok or Google from your own card, so every rupee is visible to you. We never mark it up or route it through us.
Does the price go up as my account grows?
Not because of follower count — a 500-follower account and a 50,000-follower account on the same posting plan take about the same work. The price changes only when the work changes: more posts, another platform, long-form added, or ads to manage. We will tell you when your plan has outgrown its package.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes, in writing every month, with the scope and the amount on it, sent by WhatsApp or email as you prefer. If your business needs a particular format for its own records, say so at the start and we will match it.
How long before the spend is worth it?
You will see output in week one and meaningful numbers around month three. Anything faster is usually one lucky video rather than a trend. Budget for six months before judging whether content works for your business, and leave earlier than that if we are not doing the work we promised.
